AI workshops for collections and account-recovery teams

Collections and account-recovery teams need practical experiments, not AI theater. The useful starting point is the work: research, prioritization, customer conversations, and the guardrails around sensitive information.

A recent example: Brainstorm 2026

At Brainstorm in Denver on September 9, 2026, Jeff led “Build Your 90-Day AI Roadmap” for the account-recovery industry.

“A highly engaging and practical session. Jeff made complex AI concepts easy to understand and connected them to real world business challenges. I especially appreciated the focus on practical application, responsible AI, and how organizations can create value from AI while managing risk.”

— Praveen Raj · IT governance, Brainstorm attendee

A roadmap the team can interrogate

The workshop can make room for an actual game plan: choose a bounded pilot, define a 30- or 90-day measure, name how it could fail, and put compliance and cost risk beside the upside. A pre-read and lighter density can make the work more usable for a mixed-experience group.

Practical, not promotional: the room can test a bounded use case, ask what could go wrong, and keep human review visible.

Start with your audience

Tell Jeff who will be in the room, what they are responsible for, and what they want to think through. He can discuss whether a keynote, workshop, or hosted conversation fits the event.
