AI speaker for human resources

For HR leaders, AI is most useful when it increases the impact of the people already doing the work—not when it reduces the people who do it.

A recent example: SHRM Georgia

For SHRM Georgia’s September 11, 2026 pre-conference webinar, Jeff led “AI Mindset & Strategy to Empower, Not Eliminate” for a virtual HR audience. The session used a Curiosity Canvas: inventory drudgery, explore growth, consider agents and moonshots, and put risks and guardrails in the same frame.

“Jeff is an absolute pleasure to work with. He makes AI clear and practical for HR, reframing it, not as a way to reduce headcount, but a way to increase the impact of the people we have. If your organization needs guidance around leveraging AI or implementing AI tools, I would encourage you to reach out to Jeff.”

— Lisa Hughes, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, GPHR · Director, SHRM Georgia State Council

From curiosity to a bounded pilot

HR teams can identify a 30- or 90-day win and KPI, then name how the idea could fail. The conversation includes privacy, hallucinations, recruiting bias, readable policies, and the trust required when people remain responsible for the decision.

Practical, not promotional: the room can test a bounded use case, ask what could go wrong, and keep human review visible.

Start with your audience

Tell Jeff who will be in the room, what they are responsible for, and what they want to think through. He can discuss whether a keynote, workshop, or hosted conversation fits the event.
