AI speaker for food and beverage teams

For food and beverage teams, useful AI starts with the work: preparing for customer conversations, making sense of information, and finding more time for the relationships that matter.

A recent example: Shamrock Foods

At Shamrock Foods, Jeff presented practical AI sessions to three groups—regional sales managers, district sales managers, and foodservice representatives. The work focused on useful, role-specific first steps rather than a technical foodservice solution.

“Jeff has a unique ability to make AI feel practical, approachable, and immediately useful. He did an outstanding job engaging a large group with varying levels of experience — including plenty of skeptics — and quickly turned curiosity into excitement.”

— Brett Baczkowski · Branch Manager, Shamrock Foods

Prompts sales teams can actually try

The Shamrock session explored difficult-customer role-play, context-rich prompts, menu and customer-note research, messy note and image organization, voice input, style matching, and fact-checking. The guardrail is equally practical: do not put sensitive customer data into unapproved tools, and treat AI as a partner—not a crutch.

Practical, not promotional: the room can test a bounded use case, ask what could go wrong, and keep human review visible.

“Jeff has a unique ability to connect with audiences at varying levels of experience and leave them with practical knowledge they can immediately apply.”

— Steve Neira · Branch Sales Manager, Shamrock Foods Company

Start with your audience

Tell Jeff who will be in the room, what they are responsible for, and what they want to think through. He can discuss whether a keynote, workshop, or hosted conversation fits the event.
